About the team

Financial Services is the domain where we build the bank products offered to our customers with a responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle of our products. Currently we are divided into six different products teams focusing on our three core offerings: card solutions, accounts & consumer lending. 

What you will do

We are seeking for a person that is eager to deep dive into the intersection of the core functionality of two of our main banking products - Credits & Accounts. You will belong to the Financial Services product Domain in our Banking as a Service (BaaS) organization and will work closely with all types of competences within the organization to ensure that we build out the best solutions on the market and that day-to-day operations work efficiently. Here are some of the things you will do:

• Be a subject matter expert and contribute with your product expertise to ensure that we cover all aspects required.

• Take lead on future development including new regulations and gathering of stakeholder input to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

• Product and process documentation to efficiently manage the product throughout the life-cycle.

• Continuously seek ways to enhance quality and cost efficiency, and what actions can be taken to enhance performance and mitigate related risks.

Who you are

• You have +3 years of experience within banking products and have a deep knowledge in how the products work throughout the life-cycle. 

• Good understanding of the market and related regulatory landscape, and how it impacts the product.

• Curious, eager to learn new things and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone

• Organized with a knack for details.

• Excellent analytical thinking abilities, data informed decision making and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in process modeling and operational excellence.

• Ability to identify risks and efficiently mitigate them when needed.
