What you will do

Your responsibilities will evolve as the business develops. But to start with, here are some things we would like you to take lead on: 

• Structure and implement the Credit Risk work in alignment with external and internal requirements.
• Review, monitor and analyse the credit portfolios on a regular basis.
• Assess and recommend adjustment in the credit processes to meet set risk levels.
• You will work closely with the business to support in navigating the external and internal Financing landscape by suggesting practical and appropriate actions.
• Take active part in the Credit Committee.
• Collaborate and work closely with colleagues in the SEB Group on Credit Risk matters.

Who you are

We are looking for someone that can identify with the majority of the following:

• 3-5 years of experience working with Credits or Credit Risk matters within the financial sector.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to Credits area.
• Team player who wants to be part of a scale-up journey, where no day is like the other.
• Detail oriented with great skills in administration is a must.
• Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Wanting to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will have the possibility to explore and develop your skills.
• Fluent in swedish and english.
